About Barbie

I read on a blog post about a girl who created a blog with her college roommate. They live in different cities and thought it was an excellent idea to keep in touch with each other while also letting other friends know how they are doing. I thought it was be a cool idea to make a blog that all my friends who have left or have moved away can contribute to. 

I live close to Tampa, Florida. I work full-time, live at home, wish I owned a pet, finally own a car, and have a wonderful fiance, Andrew. I like to talk about my boy most of the time. 

I'm an avid picture taker. I'm not any good. I just like to take pictures. I also enjoy taking unflattering close ups - really get in people's personal spaces. I love to sew, drink tea, blog, and create things. I also love to shop at thrift stores or just spend my time wishing I had a bigger budget to spend in antique shops. I like this boy who spends all year working and going to school so that we can have a future together. He's my childhood crush and high school sweetheart! (How many people can say that, huh?) When I don't spend my Sunday's with him, I'm usually going to Mass (Catholic, woo hoo!) and working, or taking pictures.
